SHIPPING AGREEMENT
When you order hatching eggs, you agree to the following shipping terms & conditions. There are no exceptions. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, and do hereby accept all terms and conditions contained in this Shipping Agreement.
Broken/Lost eggs:
All eggs are carefully wrapped in bubble wrapping by hand and secured into a carton which is then secured snugly in a box. We make our best efforts to prevent the eggs from shaking within the box during shipping. With that said, if the post office loses or damages your package, all packages are insured for purchase cost. YOU are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping service (e.g. USPS) to obtain a refund. We suggest taking many photos of any damage for a claim. Once eggs are out of my hands, we are no longer responsible.
Unhatched Eggs:
We are NOT responsible for hatch rate. The post office can be hard on eggs and air cells are extremely fragile. We do our best to pack them securely but if not delivered/handled with care (or if by some means delivered late) it greatly effects hatch rate and is totally out of our control.
Extra Eggs:
We try to keep shipping at 25$. We add extra eggs when available and if they will fit. Sometimes, there are so many eggs in your order that there just isnt any spare room in the box to safely add anymore eggs. But you will always receive the eggs you order and the breeds you choose. We will not substitute a different breed of eggs without your permission.

We raise and Breed Black, Black Copper, and Blue Copper Marans for their beautiful dark eggs. In addition to our Marans, we also have Crested Cream Legbar, Lavendar Ameracauna, and an assortment of Easter Eggers and Olive Eggers for a rainbow of colored eggs. This Summer, we will also be adding Silverudd Isbar...both blue and black...and are excited to be adding their beautiful green speckled eggs to our assortment!
During the warm months, we will have chicks for sale as well as hatching eggs. When the weather turns cold and it is no longer safe to mail chicks, we will still have hatching eggs available!

It's officially chick season and we have our incubators fired up! As Spring starts,we will have chicks avaliable through the end of Fall!
